Additionally, you will collaborate on Employer Branding activities at universities and business schools for our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * End-to-end execution of recruitment processes. * Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent. * Draft and publish job/internship postings across various platforms to attract interested candidates. * Collaborate with different clients to define the competencies and skills required for each position. * Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ professional skills and competencies. * Organize and manage the interview process between shortlisted candidates and clients or hiring managers, ensuring smooth and effective communication to facilitate candidate evaluation and selection. * Corporate events and client company events * Client kick-off meeting to understand needs, where applicable * Support event promotion with the relevant team * Develop content for the event (e.g., propose business case examples for the client to solve during the event, and jointly review them) * Candidate selection for the event (screening, interviews, etc.) * Track applications * Send reports or updates to the client * Moderate the event, introduce the company and candidate profiles… Submit an executive summary of the project. * Presentations: * Kick-off meeting to understand the project/company needs * Preparation of presentation content * Deliver the presentation at the relevant event EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment. * Master’s degree in Human Resources.
