At **HOVIMA Hotels**, we are seeking a Second Animation Manager to support the coordination and execution of our entertainment program, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests. **Job Mission** Support the Animation Manager in planning, executing, and supervising departmental activities, ensuring high quality standards, dynamism, and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the animation team by communicating guidelines, promoting teamwork, and collaborating on scheduling, shift planning, and vacation coverage. * Act as substitute for the Animation Manager during their absence, assuming full departmental management responsibilities. * Participate in the planning and execution of events, collaborating on the design of new activities and overseeing setup, venues, and technical requirements. * Serve as host or activity facilitator at events, ensuring smooth execution and encouraging team engagement. * Manage the department’s storage area: cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment and stage sets. * Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, coordinating restocking and deliveries with suppliers and maintenance teams. * Contribute to creating visual content for social media or internal communication channels. * Train and mentor team members, ensuring proper delivery of games and activities and maintaining a professional presentation standard. **Educational Requirements** * Degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation, Physical Education, or related field. * Fluent command of both Spanish and English. * Certificate confirming no criminal record for sexual offenses, mandatory under current legislation. **Required Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or as a Senior Animator. * Experience coordinating teams and designing/running animation programs. **Candidate Profile** * Dynamic, creative, and proactive individual. * Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and capacity to adapt to diverse environments and work rhythms. * High mobility within the hotel and a positive attitude. **Are you interested in joining our team?** **Join HOVIMA Hotels and help create unforgettable experiences!** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Work Location: On-site
