We offer exciting opportunities for the Sales/Customer Service position at our vehicle rental offices in Alcobendas. This is a permanent position. The person in this role will efficiently deliver vehicle rental services (both at vehicle handover and return), adhering to company-approved policies and procedures. They will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all required customer information. Furthermore, they will perform their duties with attention to customer needs and in accordance with our quality standards. **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract * Rapid salary progression * Fun, inclusive, and multicultural work environment * Opportunity to continue on the internal career path for professional growth ### **Responsibilities** **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * Rent, deliver, and collect vehicles * Monitor fleet movements in and out of the branch * Process and manage all forms * Open and close rental contracts * Address customer inquiries at the counter * Carefully screen customers * Inspect vehicle condition upon collection, verifying documentation and accessories ### **Qualifications** **What Are We Looking For?** * University degree or completed vocational training (FP), preferably with sales experience * English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory) * Excellent interpersonal skills * Commercial and sales orientation * Outstanding customer service skills * Valid European driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience * Valid residence or work permit in the EU * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
