We operate on three core pillars—Operations, Product, and Brand—always championing quality, speed, and visibility. **Role and Responsibilities** --------------------------- We seek a technically creative Retail Designer to lead the end-to-end development of our physical spaces—from conceptualization through to preliminary design. This person will be instrumental in translating VICIO’s brand identity into physical space, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and construction feasibility across every project. Key responsibilities include: * Developing store design concepts aligned with brand identity * Creating operational layouts (dining area, kitchen, workflows, back office) * Defining materiality, furniture, and finishes * Developing basic designs and preliminary projects in coordination with architecture and engineering teams * Contributing to defining the look & feel of new formats and projects * Liaising with suppliers, external design studios, and contractors * Supporting CAPEX cost estimation and optimization of construction solutions **Required Profile and Experience** ---------------------------------- * Degree in Architecture or Interior Design * Proven experience in retail, restaurant, or fast-casual design * Ability to work from concept through to construction detail * Aesthetic sensibility combined with technical judgment * In-depth knowledge of materials, suppliers, and industry brands (furniture, lighting, finishes, equipment, etc.) * Ability to make design decisions aligned with cost, timeline, and execution requirements **Tools** ---------------- * Modeling and design: Rhino (highly valued), AutoCAD * Rendering: AI-powered tools and rendering engines * Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator * Office: Excel and PowerPoint **What We Offer** ----------------- * Join a young, dynamic, and disruptive team within a rapidly scaling startup * Contribute to projects that directly impact our customers’ experience * Professional development and growth opportunities within the company * A culture rooted in innovation, quality, and perseverance **Culture and Values** --------------------- At VICIO, quality is our mantra, speed our working method, and visibility our means to be heard.
