Loyola University is recruiting for a TECHNICAL POSITION FOR THE STUDENT CARE UNIT at its Seville campus. Loyola University encourages applications from all candidates who meet the following generic professional profile: * Education + Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or related field. * Specific education + Strong command of English, both spoken and written (minimum level C1\). + Familiarity with and ability to use common workplace tools (Office suite, videoconferencing platforms, and collaborative tools). * Personal skills + Interpersonal aptitude and communication skills (active listening and proficiency in oral and written communication). + Service orientation. + Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity. + Ability to work effectively and collaboratively. + Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to individuals’ needs. + Versatility to adapt to different environments. * Professional profile: + Prior experience in a university setting will be especially valued. * Responsibilities include: + Supporting, advising, and accompanying students in their integration into university life, fostering their personal development from day one. + Managing projects of the Unit. + Managing and monitoring the Docentia Program (teaching evaluation). + Providing technical support for existing Unit projects, as well as participating in and contributing to new initiatives aligned with the Unit’s mission and growth of the Student Care Unit.
