If you're passionate about innovation, challenges, and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter — we want to hear from you!** . **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS;** Perform tasks within the Product Area, including preparing technical documentation accompanying products, receiving and subsequently analyzing products according to technical specifications, and collaborating with the R\+D department on final product refinement. Additionally, participate in developing and delivering product training for internal clients. * Prepare technical documentation (technical datasheets, user manuals, installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, etc.). * Deliver technical training to internal clients. * Develop product-related training content. * Receive and analyze products according to technical documentation. * Address potential questions and concerns regarding products arising from the commercial network. * Verify whether product functionality aligns with technical documentation and, if necessary, request identified improvements or modifications. * Collaborate with the R\+D Department on product refinement and resolving possible defects identified in products. **QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC TRAINING** ------------------------------------- * Knowledge of HVAC and home automation is desirable. * Technical knowledge of our products is desirable. **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE** ---------------------- * Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role .
