At **KACTUS Agency**, we are looking for **1\-2 Practicum Community Managers** eager to learn, create, and become part of a team where ideas matter. **Location:** Terrassa (on-site) What are we looking for? A creative, curious, and proactive individual — someone who enjoys communicating, stays up-to-date with trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, has a natural talent for content creation, and wants to turn their passion for social media into a profession. We especially value experience in: * Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva). * Basic video editing for social media. * Content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Organization, creativity, and enthusiasm for proposing new ideas. What will you do during your practicum? * Manage social media accounts for various clients. * Create posts, reels, and audiovisual content. * Design creatives for campaigns and social media. * Plan content calendars. * Participate in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. * Collaborate with the marketing team on real projects for companies across different sectors.
