RESPONSIBILITIES: * Posting job offers on employment portals and promoting them on social media. * Screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates. * Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. * Preparing candidate reports and presenting them to the client. * Advising the client on suitable candidate profiles. * Conducting periodic visits and monitoring the progress of hired candidates. * Coordinating and providing support to the labor department. * Performing administrative tasks inherent to the position.
