Diagonal Company, one of the leading companies in the BPO sector, is expanding our team and looking for Mortgage Formalizers to join the most important national banking institutions. What will be your responsibilities?: * Preparing mortgage operations for signing * Mortgage analysis (appraisal, registry verification, lien status) * Calculation of fund provisions * Contact with notaries and registries * Calculation of fund provisions and notarial deeds * Interaction with the banking entity's branch network * Advising the branch network OFFERED: Full-time schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Fridays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Salary based on candidate's competence and experience Immediate incorporation Permanent contract Location: C/ de Julián Camarillo 16 (Suanzes metro station), Madrid Job stability **Requirements:** --------------- LCCI certification is recommended but not mandatory. Knowledge of legal documentation and mortgage formalization Banking sector experience is desirable Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required
