Diagonal Company, one of the leading companies in the BPO sector, is expanding our team and looking for Mortgage Formalizers to join the most important national banking institutions. What will your responsibilities be?: * Preparation of mortgage operations for signing * Mortgage analysis (appraisal, registry verification, lien status) * Calculation of funding provision * Contact with notaries and registries * Calculation of funding provision and notarial deeds * Interaction with the banking institution's branch network * Advisory support to the branch network. WHAT WE OFFER: Full-time schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Salary commensurate with candidate's qualifications and experience Immediate incorporation Permanent contract Location: C/ de Julián Camarillo 16 (Suanzes metro station), Madrid Job stability **Requirements:** --------------- LCCI certification is recommended but not mandatory. Knowledge of legal documentation and mortgage formalization Prior experience in the banking sector is valued A minimum of 2 years' experience is required
