We are seeking talents to join our team in building data centers in Zaragoza, a key infrastructure for next-generation digital services. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a competent and versatile MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Procurement Technician to join a state-of-the-art technological infrastructure construction project. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to these three disciplines, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and strict compliance with project schedules and budgets. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with strong multidisciplinary technical knowledge, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to a high-performance environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the complete procurement cycle for all items related to MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, medium and low voltage electrical systems, cabling, lighting, generators, etc.). * Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors specialized in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing areas, negotiating the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery times, and after-sales service. * Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and order follow-ups, ensuring strict compliance with the technical specifications provided by the engineering team. * Maintain fluid and continuous communication with the engineering and technical office teams of each discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to understand their detailed needs and specifications. * Efficiently resolve supplier issues (delays, quality non-conformities, documentation discrepancies), seeking quick solutions and minimizing impact on project scheduling. * Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier database management to optimize the supply chain and explore innovative and efficient alternatives. * Ensure all purchases comply with internal company policies, applicable regulations, and specific client requirements. * Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, supplier management, and budget control for the department supervisor. * Higher Vocational Training or Technical Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar fields with specialization in installations). * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in technical procurement or supply roles, managing MEP materials and services in large-scale industrial construction projects, infrastructure (especially Data Centers), or unique buildings. * Solid technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, fluids, fire protection), electrical systems (MV/LV, power generation, UPS), and plumbing. * Proven negotiation skills and excellent ability to manage and develop strategic supplier relationships. * Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel for analysis) and demonstrable experience with ERP procurement management systems. * Proactivity, results orientation, ability to work independently with strong organization, and excellent communication skills.
