**Job Description** We are looking for a proactive, creative **Marketing and Communications Assistant**, eager to join a growing team. The selected candidate will work closely with the department to develop marketing, communications, and advertising strategies—both online and offline. The role entails supporting the **management of social media, graphic design, website updates, communication with suppliers, and event coordination**, thereby contributing to strengthening the company’s brand image. **Main Responsibilities** * **Designing graphic materials** (posters, banners, newsletters, brochures, presentations, etc.) using **Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)**. * **Maintaining and updating the corporate website** on **WordPress**, plus support in web design. * **Writing advertising copy and digital content**. * **Communicating with suppliers and collaborators**, many of whom are English-speaking. * **Supporting the organization of events, trade fairs, tastings, or product launches**, including social media coverage. * **Managing departmental budgets and monitoring supplies**. * Collaborating on **digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, and Google Ads**. * **Analyzing campaign and social media performance metrics**. **Requirements** * **Minimum education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Graphic Design. * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in similar roles. * **Required knowledge:** * Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) * WordPress and web design * SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media * Communications and content writing * **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory for communicating with international suppliers). * **Personal skills:** * Creativity and aesthetic sense * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Strong teamwork and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Photography and video editing skills. * Experience in brand or consumer product management. * Ability to contribute innovative ideas and proposals. **We Offer** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday (8:30–14:00 and 15:30–18:00)**. * **Permanent contract** and job stability. * **Positive work environment**, with a young and creative team. **If you are passionate about marketing, design, and digital communications—and seek an environment where you can learn, create, and grow—we want to meet you.** Please send your **CV and portfolio** to: rrhh@hisumer.com At Central Hisúmer, we promote equal opportunities without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other potentially exclusionary factor.
