Joining **Sandos** means contributing to making each stay a unique experience, enjoying working with our guests and the camaraderie of the team, and filling every shared moment with smiles. **Role Vision:** As part of the Labor Team, you will play a key role in the administrative and labor management of personnel within a national multicenter environment, ensuring proper application of internal procedures and compliance with current regulations. You will participate in the accurate payroll management process, as well as in the administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractual modifications, working time records, and other labor-related documentation. Additionally, you will provide support in resolving inquiries and executing tasks related to personnel administration, collaborating in tracking absences and vacations, as well as managing labor incidents and workplace accidents, thereby contributing to the optimal functioning of the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date and organized personnel labor and administrative information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection. * Perform registrations and cancellations in the RED System. * Manage documentation related to new hires, contract renewals, and terminations, always complying with current regulations. * Administrative management of occupational risk prevention, workplace accidents, and temporary disabilities. * Provide support to the team regarding training matters. * Support the team in applying the collective bargaining agreement, current labor legislation, and internal policies. * Collaborate, under the coordination of the Labor Department head, in vacation, holiday, absence, and monthly payroll variation control processes. **Education/Training:** *Essential:* Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Human Resources Management. Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration. *Desirable:* Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or Human Resources. **Experience:** Proven experience of at least 2 years in a consultancy or labor department. Experience with labor management software and databases. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
