As an IT\-Bid\-Manager, you are the driving force behind successful proposals in Málaga! You coordinate the entire proposal process, collaborate closely with experts from various teams, and ensure our proposals are both strategically and formally compelling. Sounds interesting? Then apply now and become part of our team! **YOUR TASKS** -------------- **Main responsibilities:** * End\-to\-End responsibility for IT proposal management, including identification of tenders, decision on participation or non\-participation, proposal submission, and handover to implementation teams * Creation of high\-quality and compliant IT proposals, considering technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements, as well as deadlines and quality standards * Oversight of compliance management, clarification of queries, and formal communication throughout the entire public procurement process (e.g., tenders, requests for proposals, framework agreements) * Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as solution architects, PMO, finance department, implementation teams, partners, clients, and public institutions * Management of commercial topics such as pricing, margin alignment, assumptions, and risks in close coordination with finance and implementation teams * Preparation and moderation of internal proposal reviews and key milestones in the governance process (e.g., "Bid/No Bid", Red\-Team reviews, final approvals) * Monitoring of market trends and competitors, as well as continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methods to increase efficiency and success rate * Development and maintenance of templates, standard responses, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field * Experience in IT proposal management or proposal creation in Spain * Solid knowledge of public IT tenders, procurement procedures, and contract design, as well as confident use of relevant platforms and tools * Very good English and German language skills (C1 level) are required. * Structured, detail\-oriented, and efficient working style with strong time and project management skills **YOUR ADVANTAGES** ------------------- To ensure your work\-life balance, we offer the option of mobile working.
