We are currently seeking an intern whose main mission will be to support the Human Resources Department in managing and developing people-related processes, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the department while gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions. **What would your responsibilities be within the team?** * Supporting training management processes, including tracking training activities and handling associated documentation—with particular attention to administrative requirements related to FUNDAE. * Learning recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting and vacancy management. * Learning and assisting with employee portal management, including profile updates, document review, calendar uploads, etc. * Cross-functional involvement across the Human Resources Department to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and operations. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and/or Master’s in HR Management; internship agreement eligible. * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Strong interest in pursuing a professional career within the HR Department. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in technology and passion for digital innovation. * Results- and metrics-oriented mindset. **Key Information** * Opportunity to join a large, well-established European company and work alongside an experienced team. * Curriculum-based or extracurricular internship agreement, minimum duration of 400 hours. * Part-time (morning shift) or full-time schedule—between 25 and 40 hours per week (flexible to accommodate the intern’s availability and needs).
