In a reference experiential space in the center of Barcelona, we are seeking a stable candidate for public-facing service and organizational support. Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, preparing the space, assisting with event scheduling, and providing information about brands and products. You will also organize and guide visits, manage coworking reservations, handle general inquiries and vehicle test drive requests, supervise screen content, and drive vehicles for transfers, deliveries, or fleet changes. Additionally, you will support events and activities, manage social media (IG/TikTok), conduct daily prospecting rounds, and answer calls and receive packages. The position is part-time, with shifts on Saturdays from 14:45 to 21:00, offering an annual gross salary of 23\.500 euros. A valid driver's license (with mandatory medical certification), advanced English proficiency, strong personal presence, proactive attitude, and customer orientation are required. Additional languages, as well as experience in tourism, customer service, marketing, or events—and familiarity with social media—are valued.
