Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Filmmaker to elevate ENFAF’s audiovisual content, producing high-impact material that communicates authority and quality. At **ENFAF**, a leading school in training, nutrition, and health education, we seek a **Filmmaker** with discernment, creativity, and technical expertise to elevate the quality of our audiovisual content. What will be your mission? Collaborate with our team to create high-impact visual content that conveys authority, approachability, and quality—fully aligned with our brand identity and growth objectives. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Filming content using **professional cameras** (YouTube, podcasts, Reels, TikTok, and promotional videos). * Designing and controlling **lighting** across diverse environments (indoor/outdoor). * **Camera setup** (ISO, shutter speed, white balance, color profiles, etc.). * **Video editing and color correction (color grading)** to ensure visual brand consistency. * Adapting content to **platform-specific social media formats** (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). * Proposing visual ideas and continuously improving content quality. **Requirements** -------------- * Demonstrated proficiency in filming with **professional cameras** (not smartphones). * Knowledge of which shots and lenses to use based on intended messaging. * Lighting (basic and advanced lighting setups). * Camera settings and color profiles. * Video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). * **Color grading** (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent). Familiarity with **social media content formats, timing, and dynamics**. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and understand strategic objectives.
