We are seeking to hire an experienced Field Supervisor from the sector who will play a key role in developing our external plant services. The selected candidate will assume a critical role in managing and optimizing external plant operations, leading the team and ensuring operational quality. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and review work performed by field technicians, verifying correct execution. * Audit fiber optic installations, splices, service drops, and fusions (FTTH/FTTR). * Monitor proper material management, work reports, and execution timelines. * Validate service activations, fault repairs, and scheduled jobs. * Coordinate with the External Plant Manager on task assignments and incident resolution. * Conduct scheduled or random field inspections, documenting results in technical and photographic reports. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of operational and safety processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in FTTH network installation, maintenance, or supervision. * Experience in supervising or coordinating field technicians and crews. * Familiarity with national operators’ standards (Movistar, Orange, Vodafone, MásMóvil, etc.). * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. **We offer:** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. * Opportunity to join a company in rapid growth. * Flexible Compensation (meal vouchers, public transport pass).
