Position Summary: We are seeking a technical leader to lead, motivate, and train a team; supervise workshop and field operations; and manage the SAT department—ensuring technical assistance and customer support. Direct technical assistance and customer support **Your main responsibilities will include:** · Leading, motivating, and training the internal technical team · Planning and supervising workshop and field operations, managing work orders and resources. · Ensuring proper organization of the SAT department (time tracking, safety, risk prevention, shift scheduling). · Managing waste, warranties, and departmental invoicing. · Conducting diagnostics, preparing reports, and monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance. · Providing direct technical assistance and customer support. **What we are looking for in you** · Qualification in **Industrial Mechanics and Electronics**. · Prior experience (5–10 years) in **leadership roles within an after-sales service department (SAT)**. · Solid knowledge of **mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, diesel/gasoline engines, and electricity**. · Experience in **welding and oxy-fuel cutting**. · Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Customer orientation, commitment, and teamwork. · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel **Preferred qualifications** · Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, and ability to interpret technical drawings. · University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €32,000.00–€36,000.00 per year Benefits: * Intensive summer working hours Work location: On-site employment
