Job Information Job Offer ID ZR_1002_JOB Open Date 28/11/2025 Sector Construction Employment Type Full-time Work Experience +5 years City Valencia State/Province Valencia / València Country Spain Postal Code 46001 Job Description At **Ilerwork**, a consultancy specialized in the construction sector, we are seeking an **Industrial Electrical Site Supervisor** to join a leading company in electrical, industrial, and energy solutions based in Valencia. **Responsibilities** * Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily industrial electrical installation activities on-site. * Lead internal and subcontracted teams in power installations, control systems, automation, and electrical panel assembly. * Supervise the proper execution of conduits, wiring, connections, protection systems, and control panels. * Ensure work is carried out according to plans, single-line diagrams, control schematics, and current regulations. * Monitor compliance with the project schedule, reporting progress and requirements to the technical team. * Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of electrical materials on site. * Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, electrical safety, and occupational risk prevention. * Resolve technical issues on-site and propose improvements to optimize processes and execution times. Requirements * Vocational training in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum of **7–10 years** of experience in industrial electrical installations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or team management role. * Solid knowledge of industrial low-voltage installations, electrical panels, automation, power and control wiring. * Ability to interpret technical documentation: electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control diagrams, P&ID. * Experience in team coordination, planning, and on-site resource management. * Valid PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course certificate of 20 or 60 hours.
