Today, we seek an E-commerce Commercial Technician to drive one of our most strategic accounts: Amazon. If you are motivated to work within a young, dynamic team with a growth mindset, this role could be your next professional leap. **✨ What awaits you in this role?** As an E-commerce Commercial Technician, you will report directly to the Retail Manager and play a pivotal role in developing our consumer vertical. You will be a key contributor to expanding our technological solutions within the Spanish retail ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will include: * Defining and managing day-to-day operations for all product families across the retail channel on Amazon. * A 'farmer' rather than 'hunter' approach—focusing on building strong, long-term relationships and managing commercial back-office tasks. * Identifying market opportunities and analyzing industry trends. * Managing large accounts with a focus on maximizing sales, margins, and profitability. * Managing cost structures, margins, allocations, and tracking key KPIs. * Forecasting, analysis, and closure projections—with strategic insight and analytical capability. * Negotiating with IT wholesalers, signing templates, and managing orders. * Cataloging tasks, promotion registration, promotion tracking and collections, manufacturer contact and follow-up, and incident resolution. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek a professional eager to deliver real impact—both technically and commercially. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, proactive, responsible, and sales-driven, with strong commercial and communication skills.
