Currently, we are seeking a **CONTRACT CONTROL MANAGER** to join an important company in the Oil\&Gas sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** Together with potential Quantity Surveyors and Administrators, you will perform the following duties: * At the beginning of the contract, instruct installation companies on administrative procedures related to contract management: deadlines, measurement rules, certification management. * Measure the drawings received from engineering to serve as a comparison against those submitted by installation companies, applying the measurement and payment rules specified in the project specifications. In case of doubt or ambiguity, forward inquiries to the Owner's representative. * Communicate actual work quantities obtained and/or estimated from engineering drawings to the Planning Manager and Supervision Lead, to verify the reliability of initial scheduling data. * Manage evaluated lists of certifications, disputed prices, and change authorizations according to the Owner’s procedures, maintaining proper archiving and control of all related documents. * Review closure documentation for change authorizations submitted by installation companies to ensure correct valuation. * Collaborate in analyzing claims submitted by installation companies based on contractual clauses. #### **What can we offer you?** * Participation in an exciting project with an international leader in liquid products logistics. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Indefinite contract through IDEA. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Law. * At least 5 years of experience performing tasks similar to those described. * Knowledge or experience in Oil\&Gas projects. * Experience in contract and conflict management. * On-site construction experience will be considered a plus.
