Kids\&Us is a school specialized in teaching English to children and teenagers aged 1 to 18. At Kids\&Us, children learn English through an innovative methodology that we have been implementing for over 20 years, based on the natural acquisition of one's native language. We are seeking a Center Coordinator \+ English Teacher for our Santa Coloma de Gramenet center. We are looking for a candidate with experience in academic coordination or in coordination and support functions within educational centers, who can combine teaching responsibilities with coordination tasks, family support, and assistance in center management. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the Management Team on student recruitment, retention, and marketing initiatives to contribute to the center’s growth. **Responsibilities** * Delivering English classes. * Academic coordination of assigned courses and student progress monitoring. * Family support, guidance, and accompaniment. * Administrative and operational support to the Management Team. * Participation in student recruitment and retention activities. * Collaboration and follow-up on local commercial and marketing initiatives (events, campaigns, open-house days, etc.). **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in academic coordination, center management, or support roles in educational centers. * Minimum English proficiency level C1 (native-level fluency preferred). * Sensitivity and aptitude for communicating and working with children. * Communicative, proactive, and people-oriented profile. * Interest in commercial activities and family engagement.
