




Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide assistance and support to people with reduced mobility at the Reus station, helping with escorting and luggage handling. Key Points: 1. Assistance for people with reduced mobility or functional diversity 2. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) 3. Psychological and emotional support available At the Reus station, staff are required to assist people with reduced mobility or functional diversity. Tasks include greeting users at the meeting point, escorting them to their assigned seat for the journey and vice versa, as well as assisting with luggage transportation and placement. Flexible availability is required for rotating morning, afternoon, night, and match-day shifts. A primary or secondary education qualification (EGB or ESO), prior relevant experience, a valid driver's license and PCP, intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, and strong customer service and teamwork skills are valued. Certificates AVESC and AVSAF-C are also considered. This is a part-time position, initially temporary with possible extension. Salary is set according to the collective agreement, paid in twelve installments plus bonuses, with immediate start. Psychological and emotional support service "Cuidado en Red" is available every day of the year.
