Prior experience in banking or insurance sectors with customer service is mandatory. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: intermediate) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: none) * Competencies / Knowledge: Commercial and administrative management in the insurance sector. Ability to provide telephone and in-person customer service in Spanish and Catalan (understanding required; speaking not mandatory). Proficient in Excel and Word. Social media management (desirable but not mandatory). Commercial skills for managing existing client portfolios and acquiring new clients, as well as telephone customer service capabilities. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '2000' * Additional information: Business hours from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
