We want to add to our team a strategic, committed, and multifunctional person who can lead financial and people management, contributing to the sustainability, culture, and development of the company. **Main Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** * Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or email. * Provide information about menus, prices, promotions, and service conditions. **Sales Management:** * Prepare customized quotations. * Follow up with potential customers. * Confirm orders and coordinate with production or kitchen. * Close sales and ensure payment collection. **Administrative Tasks:** * Manage and organize sales documents. * Assist in invoicing and collections. * Keep the customer database updated. * Coordinate deliveries or events in the calendar. * Basic knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and order tracking. **General Support:** * Assist in event or delivery planning. * Generate sales and performance reports. * Support marketing or social media tasks if necessary. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** o Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. o Proven experience in similar roles. o Ability to analyze sales data and possess strategic business vision. o Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential; Power BI skills for data visualization and analysis are highly valued. o Experience working with ERPs, especially Navision or Business Central. **What We Offer:** * Be part of a company with social impact and commitment. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
