Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the technical team and coordinate tasks in technical assistance for construction projects. 2. Supervise the technical review of projects and constructive solutions. 3. Support the Construction Management in interpreting and resolving incidents. Responsibilities \- Unit Head for Technical Assistance on Construction Projects. * Coordinate and lead the technical team assigned to the project. * Organize daily work and allocate tasks among various specialists (technical office, surveying, quality, environment, etc.). * Serve as the primary liaison between Construction Management and Technical Assistance personnel. * Supervise the technical review of project documentation and constructive solutions. * Monitor internal team scheduling and ensure adherence to deliverable deadlines. * Coordinate preparation of technical reports, meeting minutes, records, and progress documentation. * Validate measurements, certifications, and financial controls prepared by Technical Assistance prior to submission to Construction Management. * Supervise quality control: testing, results, non-conformities, and site monitoring. * Support Construction Management in interpreting project documents and resolving incidents. * Ensure proper review of workshop drawings, procedures, and materials supplied by contractors.
