Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and experienced Architect for construction projects to ensure architectural projects are executed with quality, within budget, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction Execution Management and On-site Supervision 2. Economic Management, Certifications, and Construction Documentation 3. Coordination of Safety and Health Across Multiple Construction Projects **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for an Architect with an analytical mindset and construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure architectural projects are executed to the highest quality standards while strictly adhering to budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Construction Execution Management as a member of the Technical Management Team: On-site supervision to ensure works faithfully follow the technical project and applicable regulations. * Economic Management and certifications for construction projects, * Documentation: Preparation of site meeting minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. * Coordination of Safety and Health across multiple construction projects. * Support to the Technical Office for projects: Quantity surveying, preparation of budgets, design support, and calculations **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in material construction execution management for new residential buildings with at least eight residential units. * Experience in material construction execution management for new public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational buildings. * Possession of certificates attesting to satisfactory project execution
