A well-established company in the metallurgical sector located in Polinyà is seeking qualified welders for night shifts, offering stability, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, and a genuine opportunity to join the company permanently after an initial ETT contract. Key responsibilities: \* Perform TIG, MIG, and MAG welding on materials of varying thicknesses—from thin parts (1 mm) to thicker structures (\+20 mm)—ensuring joint quality according to manufacturing standards. \* Apply welding techniques, especially on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, or others; versatility across different processes and materials is highly valued. \* Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and fabrication schematics to correctly execute assigned tasks and ensure fidelity to design specifications. \* Participate in the fabrication and assembly of light metal structures, assembling components with precision and ensuring final structural stability and strength. \* Routinely operate manual and electric workshop tools, including: squares, calipers, levels, protractors, angle grinders, and other auxiliary tools required for part adjustment and preparation. \* Conduct dimensional control and quality verification of welded parts, ensuring compliance with tolerances and technical specifications. ### **Requirements** \* Minimum 4 years’ experience in TIG welding \* MIG/MAG welding experience is desirable \* Experience welding materials ranging from thin sheets (1 mm) up to 20 mm or more \* Knowledge and proficiency in using manual and electric workshop tools: \* Squares, calipers, levels, protractors, angle grinders, etc. \* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings \* Basic knowledge of light metal structure fabrication We positively value: \* Experience in TIG, MIG, and MAG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, or other materials \* Familiarity with operation and parameterization of state-of-the-art welding equipment \* Ability to select the appropriate arc type for each task If you meet this profile and wish to join a professional team that values precision, quality, and commitment, do not hesitate to apply.
