We are looking for professionals eager to advance their technical careers in a 3-, 4-, and 5-axis environment with computerized production control. 1\. Expert Profile Minimum experience: 10 years in high-precision environments. Critical Setup: Adjustment of first parts of high complexity on 5-axis machining centers. Strategy: Definition of machining strategies and process optimization during initial production runs. Industrialization: Direct collaboration with Engineering and Quality departments to validate processes under aerospace standards. Technology: Advanced proficiency in cutting tools; CAD\-CAM software knowledge or on-machine programming skills are highly valued. Leadership: Technical supervision and mentoring support for junior/intermediate staff. 2\. Advanced Profile Minimum experience: 5 years in precision machining. Multi-axis Autonomy: Full setup and first-part adjustment on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. Quality Control: Dimensional verification and precision metrology to ensure quality of complex production batches. Optimization: Real-time adjustment of cutting parameters and improvement of machining conditions. Technical Support: Definition of strategies and support in medium-level industrialization projects, including management of associated technical documentation. 3\. Intermediate Profile Minimum experience: 3 years in the sector. Setup and Adjustment: Configuration of fixtures and tools for simple-to-moderately complex parts on 3\- and 4-axis machines. Technical Interpretation: Reading of complex engineering drawings and technical machining documentation. Execution: Ability to independently adjust first parts and manage short production runs under supervision. Metrology: Quality control of produced parts using conventional measuring instruments. ### **Requirements** Experience in CNC machining of metal parts. Proficiency in on-machine programming and/or CAD\-CAM. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Preferably residing in the Henares Corridor or Guadalajara (maximum 20\-30 minutes commute). Availability to work rotating shifts. Rotating shifts for setters/adjusters: morning shift (6:00 AM\-2:00 PM), afternoon shift (2:00 PM\-10:00 PM). (With minor overlap between shifts)
