What you’ll gain: * Be a key contributor in training and developing LEO Spain’s commercial network so it can perform its work with excellence. * You will be part of the Training department, which sits within Commercial Excellence. * You will support Spain’s Dermatology Unit by creating and implementing training initiatives that add value to the commercial network’s daily activities. Specific responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Omnichannel Training Manager in designing training pathways and initiatives. * Develop and propose interactive training activities for cycle meetings. * Assist in the creation of training materials. * Maintain the database for recording training sessions. * Monitor Annual Training Plans. * Support and maintain various digital tools. * Manage Fundae co-funding applications. * Follow compliance processes related to training. * Support onboarding management. * Collaborate with external vendors. **Your qualifications** To succeed in this role, we imagine you possess the following skills: * Currently enrolled student. Full-time internship agreement with your university or business school for one year is required. * Preferred field of study: Health Sciences. * Proficiency with Microsoft environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint. * English language proficiency. **Your new team** You will join a dynamic and dedicated team of highly professional individuals with extensive industry experience.
