Ability to propose and produce attractive visual assets quickly when brand relevance demands it * **Sector\-Based Visual Management:** * **Entertainment Sector (50%):** Deliver a powerful, cinematic, trend\-driven visual approach for content launches, experiential events, and *fandom* activations * **Premium Beverages & Lifestyle Sector (30%):** Elevate brand visual identity at fashion and music events, creator relations initiatives, and exclusive consumption experiences * **FMCG & Purpose\-Driven Sector (20%):** Translate sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and reputation concepts into accessible, clean visuals with strong storytelling * **Creative Collaboration:** Work hand\-in\-hand with PR account teams and influencer specialists to ensure communication strategy translates into visually impeccable outcomes ### **Requirements and Desired Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience at advertising, communications, or design agencies, with demonstrable experience in PR projects, brand activations, or digital content * **PR and Current Affairs Sensibility:** We seek someone connected to trends, digital formats, social media aesthetics, and popular culture. You must know what makes an image "shareable" and appealing to the media * **Technical Craft:** Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency with generative AI tools to accelerate visual proposal processes is highly valued; basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is also advantageous * **Problem\-Solving and Pace:** Ability to operate within the fast\-paced timelines of communications and PR, prioritizing tasks efficiently without compromising attention to detail or final visual quality * **Teamwork:** Proactive attitude, eagerness to propose out\-of\-the\-box ideas, and ease presenting visual concepts internally and collaboratively ### **What We Offer at Ogilvy** * The opportunity to work with globally leading brands shaping culture, entertainment, and consumption * A flexible work model to support work\-life balance ### **How We’ll Support You** Ogilvy celebrates its people.
