We are looking for a Selection Intern passionate about people. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in human resources. What will you do on a daily basis? \- Support in screening and selecting interns for the different Pacto offices. \- Manage job postings on various platforms and respond to any issues or questions from offices. \- Participate in training activities. \- Handle documentation required for subsidized training programs. \- Assist in outsourcing recruitment processes. ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related degree/master's program. \- Availability to formalize a university internship agreement. \- Availability to work one of the two offered shifts. \- Immediate availability to start. \- Residence near Parets del Vallès or surrounding areas. ### **We Offer** \- Internship agreement. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on your availability. \- Compensation: Between 400\-640€ depending on the hours worked by the student. \- Must be able to arrange an agreement with your university/school. \- Start date: November 2025 We want to meet you!
