Department Commercial Quality \& Compliance. Unit responsible for ensuring quality and integrity of commercial processes, focusing on quality control of B2C and B2B sales channels, improving customer experience, operational efficiency, risk and fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Training Objectives During the internship, students will: Organizational Management: Collaborate in the daily operational management of the Quality area, supporting coordination among users, channels, and teams involved in commercial quality processes. Data Analytics: Participate in process monitoring and control tasks, incident analysis, and preparation of supporting information to drive continuous improvement within the unit. Digital Transformation and New Technologies: Use office tools—especially Excel and PowerPoint—for information processing, updating procedures, and supporting operational activities. Key Competencies: Strengthen communication, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, learning ability, and collaboration in a close-knit, committed, people-oriented environment. Process Innovation: Contribute to procedure updates, identification of operational needs, and proposal of improvements enhancing efficiency, quality, and proper functioning of commercial processes. ‍ Mentoring and Follow-up Specialized tutoring with continuous support. Candidate Profile Academic Qualification: Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related degrees.
