Job Description – Manufacturing Operator
About the Position
We are seeking a candidate with experience in aseptic manufacturing to join the Blending Paracox team. The selected individual will participate in the commissioning and operation of sterile product manufacturing, packaging, and packing processes, contributing to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with GMP regulations.
**Important:** Until the candidate’s formal integration into the Blending Paracox area, they will be assigned to IPT\-Sterile Production, where they will gain familiarity with processes and organizational structure prior to joining the new team.
Responsibilities
* Perform aseptic manufacturing, aseptic packaging, and packing operations.
* Complete manufacturing documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.
* Participate in cleaning, preparation, and changeover activities.
* Identify, report, and record incidents, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate in qualification, validation, and commissioning activities for the new facility.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and risk prevention standards.
* Work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure continuity and efficiency of production processes.
Working Hours
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, across three shifts, with 24-hour coverage.
Requirements
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical aseptic production.
* Knowledge and experience in blending, packaging, and packing of sterile products.
* Familiarity with GMP regulations and experience working in cleanrooms.
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
* Teamwork capability, quality orientation, and proactive attitude.
* Experience in commissioning new pharmaceutical lines or facilities.
* Knowledge of GMP Annex 1.
