The main responsibilities include: · Carry out preventive maintenance according to the quality manual and complete the corresponding form. · Follow corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. · Repair and/or supervise equipment failures and verify their resolution. · Perform Legionella prevention procedures and complete the related records. · Ensure facilities comply with current regulations. · Maintain and keep hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. · Assess the condition of facilities and report findings to the hotel manager and maintenance supervisor. REQUIREMENTS · Lifeguard certification is considered a plus. · Prior experience in a similar role. · Technical education plus installer certifications. · Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). · Commitment, rigor and dedication.
