Join our team as an **HR Trainee** ESP\-Mataró (Barcelona) As a **Talent Acquisition \& People Development trainee**, you will take on responsibilities within the recruitment and training areas. **Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment Area:** + Support job posting management on SuccessFactors, job websites, and educational centers. + Assist in organizing Job Forums and Employer Branding initiatives. + Provide support to HR Business Partners: candidate screening, interviews, follow\-up with internal clients, ensuring proper rejection of applications and closing recruitment processes. + Support the selection process for Trainees at HARTMANN Spain: managing selection procedures, conducting follow\-up interviews, and handling collaboration agreements between the company and universities. * **Training Area:** + Support in developing On\-boarding content. + Coordinate training sessions in collaboration with HR Business Partners. + Help ensure coordination and implementation of common training programs across all HARTMANN Spain entities. + Serve as Administrator of the Training module in SuccessFactors for HARTMANN Spain: creating courses, registering and assigning trainings, monitoring completion rates of assigned trainings. + Participate in projects implementing new corporate solutions in recruitment and training, in collaboration with the Recruiting \& People Development Manager. **Requirements:** * Ability to sign a university internship agreement of at least 1 year. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar. * Experience in competency\-based interviews and managing digital training platforms will be valued. * First Certificate level English proficiency. * Availability for part\-time, on\-site internships at our offices in Mataró. * Customer\-oriented mindset and high performance attitude to join a passionate team. * Motivation to drive results and a strong desire to grow. **Benefits:** * International company in constant evolution, with over 200 years of history. * Parking available Department: Human Resources Build a career focused on healthcare customers, future\-ready, and grounded in a culture of trust and openness. **Apply now** through our online platform.
