Job Summary: We are seeking qualified personnel for the operation and maintenance of laminating machinery in the graphic arts sector, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of laminating machinery. 2. Quality control and waste management. 3. Continuous training in food safety, quality, and risk prevention. We are looking for qualified personnel to join our production team in the graphic arts sector in Vilafranca del Penedès. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machinery, thereby guaranteeing quality and efficiency across all processes. Responsibilities include preparing work orders, managing material withdrawal and roller cleaning. Technical machine setup is required, involving cylinder, blade, and other component replacements. Special attention will be paid to color and tone control, adjusting parameters on M5 and M9 machines to maintain the highest quality standards. Operations will also include changing rolls on rewinding and unwinding equipment. Regular maintenance of machinery and its working area will be essential. Quality controls and proper waste management will be carried out, always complying with food safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment. Continuous training will be provided in food safety, quality (BRC), and risk prevention. Temporary contract with rotating shifts. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Vocational Training (FP), or equivalent vocational qualification. Prior experience in production roles within the graphic arts industry—or equivalent practical knowledge—will be valued. Teamwork skills, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability to change are required. Basic user-level office software knowledge (Word, Excel) is desirable.
