Foster teamwork by motivating and organizing assigned staff. Ensure all dishes served meet the quality and presentation standards expected for this type of restaurant. Promote a work methodology that avoids . Handle ordering of ingredients required for preparing dishes under their station. Verify that dishes are prepared following basic hygiene standards. Provide appropriate training to apprentices under their supervision. Collaborate with other restaurant managers in hiring new staff. R•••••••••••••••••••••••• at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry at a luxury restaurant or similar establishment. A formal hospitality qualification is mandatory.
