Job Summary: This role is essential for efficient warehouse management, coordinating activities from goods receipt to dispatch, inventory control, and issue resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and order preparation. 2. Requires a valid forklift operator license and advanced Excel experience. 3. Promotes teamwork, dynamism, and attention to detail. The position involves managing daily warehouse operations: receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing goods. Accurate inventory control must be maintained, ensuring traceability through recording, identification, and labeling. Orders are prepared for shipment, and documentation such as delivery notes is handled—all to ensure smooth operational flow. Physical order preparation, internal transportation, and material restocking are key responsibilities. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory; overhead crane experience is desirable. Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods is fundamental to stock management and periodic inventory counts. Teamwork is essential for logistical success. The incumbent must demonstrate problem-solving ability, dynamism, and accountability. Computerized tools are used regularly, and advanced Excel proficiency is required for recordkeeping and reporting. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are necessary to ensure proper handling of products from receipt through to dispatch. Forklift operator license.
