That's why we are seeking a Valet who, with passion and dedication, will contribute to guest satisfaction through support in cleaning and preparing our rooms and common areas, consistently ensuring superior quality service. We seek a **Valet** who stands out for attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment; someone who enjoys teamwork and, above all, places the guest at the center of their work. **What will you do?** * Perform auxiliary tasks related to cleaning and tidying floors and public areas. * Prepare, transport, and collect materials and products required for cleaning and maintenance of rooms, as well as internal and external common areas. * Prepare meeting rooms, conventions, or event spaces by cleaning areas and performing auxiliary duties. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or damage identified in accommodations to the relevant department supervisor. * Take care of forgotten items, reporting and delivering them to the appropriate department according to established protocols. * Maintain work equipment and storage areas in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. * Act in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and preventive measures. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum of 12 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of similar or higher category. * Immediate availability. * Relevant training related to the position will be valued.
