**Job description** ------------------- Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that impact millions of users? We're looking for a **Senior UX Designer** to join an international team working on large\-scale eCommerce and digital product initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer journeys, influence product decisions, and contribute to the evolution of global design standards across multiple markets. ### **What You'll Do** * Design and optimize end\-to\-end customer journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post\-purchase experiences. * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs in Figma. * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences. * Contribute to the evolution of Design Systems and reusable UI patterns. * Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive user\-centered innovation. * Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results to improve user experiences and business outcomes. **Job requirements** -------------------- ### **✅** **What We're Looking F** * 8\+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX/UI Design. * Strong background designing customer\-facing digital products within **eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital\-first companies**. * Proven experience delivering scalable products and experiences used by large audiences. * Advanced expertise in **Figma**. * Strong UX and UI design capabilities. * Experience with Design Systems and responsive/mobile\-first design. * Ability to demonstrate measurable impact on conversion, engagement, revenue, or digital adoption. * Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams in complex environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * **Nice to Have** * Experience in multi\-country or global digital ecosystems. * Knowledge of localization and international user experiences. * Experience with analytics platforms, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing. * Marketplace or multi\-sided platform experience.
