Technical Manager (ATM Engineering Coordination) \- Madrid, Hybrid

Join our Air Traffic Management (ATM) project team!
Within Indra’s ATM division, we develop advanced systems for air traffic management, including primary radars and critical solutions that ensure the safety and efficiency of airspace.
What will you do?
* Coordinate engineering group activities to deliver development and investment projects.
* Plan and ensure alignment among engineering, production, prototype procurement, and other business units.
* Manage integration of developments and versions to guarantee compatibility between primary radar systems and associated solutions.
* Supervise planning and achievement of milestones, product roadmaps, and baselines.
* Act as the technical interface between different teams and involved areas.
* Coordinate generation and review of technical documentation (design, testing, specifications, release notes, etc.).
* Ensure correct product definition (ICAs, IPFs, REEF, product tree) and its tracking.
* Participate in cost, resource, and workload estimations.
* Drive configuration management and version control in multi-project environments.

✅ 3\-4 years of experience in system integration and managing multi-project environments.
✅ Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies (IEEE 15288) and integration.
✅ Experience in variant management and coordination of complex developments.
✅ Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or similar).
✅ Knowledge of product definition and technical documentation (SRS, HRS, SRD, etc.).
✅ Experience in ATM environments, especially with radars or related systems (technical vocational training preferred).
✅ Experience in cost estimation, planning, and resource management.
✅ Familiarity with development processes (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR) and associated documentation.

**Technical Interview:** You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge.
