The selection process will be conducted in person in **Madrid** in **mid-July**. It will feature a highly distinctive theme where technology and teamwork take center stage. **What will you do?** You will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects within the Technological Transformation area. In the **CIO Advisory** team, we advise organizations on defining their strategy, developing IT systems plans, and reviewing their IT processes and governance; we design new digital architectures and collaborate on selecting and implementing technology solutions that enable our clients to accelerate their adaptation to the new environment. * Design and execute technology strategies aligned with the business objectives of global enterprises. * Assess IT capabilities, operating models, and technology needs to drive digital transformation. * Identify strategic opportunities that generate value beyond the IT function. * Select and implement technology solutions that mitigate risks and strengthen enterprise resilience. **Who can apply?** * Undergraduate students in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Data Analytics, or related fields; or Business Administration and Economics students with coursework/experience in technology. * English proficiency: Advanced * Possibility to sign a university agreement starting October 2026 for a duration of 6 months. * Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, diligence, autonomy, and proactivity. * And above all, enthusiasm, passion, and the desire to create impact and improve the world through your work.
