**Serioplast**, a global leader in **rigid plastic packaging**, is seeking a **Shift Supervisor** for its plant in **Leioa, Spain**! Join us and take your professional career to the next level! **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise, coordinate, and support Machine Operators and Packaging Operators, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and training production staff to ensure proper execution of their tasks. * Participate in technical operations (e.g., color changes, mold changes, blade replacements, equipment and line cleaning, and assistance during line commissioning), as well as perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks. * Make immediate decisions when urgent production-line issues arise (e.g., stoppages, technical interventions), always prioritizing personnel safety, product quality, and production continuity. * Authorize the start of production during machine startup and after format changes or major maintenance activities, in collaboration with the Quality Department. * Ensure immediate and accurate communication with relevant departments regarding critical production issues, as well as timely reporting of breakdowns and failures. * Guarantee correct implementation of the quality control plan during production and perform random product checks (e.g., visual inspections, weight verifications, etc.). * Collaborate in root-cause analysis of incidents and in implementing corrective actions (e.g., specific quality controls, sorting and classification activities, processing defective bottles in the warehouse, etc.). **What are we looking for?** * Solid knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM). * Solid practical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic systems. * Solid practical knowledge of measurement instruments and techniques. * Solid practical knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) standards. * Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and practices. * Experience as a Shift Supervisor in an industrial/manufacturing company, preferably in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector. **What do we offer?** * Continuous training: develop your professional career working alongside industry experts. * Dynamic and international environment: join a team involved in global projects. * Professional development opportunities: grow within a sector-leading company. * Internal mobility: opportunities for job rotation and professional progression. **Do you think this position fits you?
