We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our store in Salamanca. You must meet the following requirements: \- At least 2 years of experience. \- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as problem-solving ability. \- Experience in team training and management. \- Clear commercial and customer service orientation, with strong customer retention capability. \- Knowledge of commercial KPIs. \- Analytical and strategic capabilities and knowledge. \- High capacity for teamwork. \- Knowledge of Visual Merchandising. Your responsibilities will include: \- Coordinating and implementing the commercial actions required to achieve the company's established objectives. \- Selecting, motivating, and training staff at your store to ensure excellent performance and quality standards. \- Implementing and supervising the policies and processes established by the company.
