We need to hire an SPL Coordinator
Within the framework of the entity's People Services area, we require the incorporation of an SPL (Pre-employment Service) Coordinator for the Garraf region.
Job description: Lead the service and its multidisciplinary team in accordance with the entity’s various employment policies, mission, and values. Organize and manage the service (activities, workload distribution among team members, work schedules, incident management, etc.). Contribute improvements and innovative activities. Conduct the initial welcome process and intake interviews for newly affiliated users, as well as sociolaboral assessments. Conduct family interviews. Carry out satisfaction surveys and prepare reports. Supervise and ensure proper management of the technical team and resources assigned to each program. Guarantee correct implementation of sociolaboral integration pathways for service users. Monitor and evaluate results, indicators, and objective achievement, and implement appropriate corrective measures. Attend and participate in working groups and commissions. Lead the center’s commission. Prepare progress, incident, and outcome reports for the Area Director. Coordinate relations with social services, the Department of Social Rights, referring agencies, and other entities to monitor service users and ensure network-based collaboration. Propose improvements to methodologies, processes, and resources to guarantee project viability and effectiveness.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience. At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
* Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced).
* Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced).
* Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge and experience intervening with individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities. University degree in Social Sciences or Health fields (Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, or Occupational Therapy). Knowledge and experience intervening with individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities.
