Autonomy and responsibility for store care In-store sales advisor position in Bilbao, focused on accompanying the customer from welcome to delivery, delivering personalized, high-quality service. You will be the store's point of reference, responsible for advisory services, operational management, and post-sales follow-up. Your day will include greeting customers, listening to their needs, handling incidents, making calls, and maintaining visual merchandising. The environment is consultative selling, with two weeks of full-time initial training to master products and tools. Prior experience in face-to-face consultative selling, customer orientation, active listening, empathy, agile learning, basic Excel knowledge, and interest in the market are required. Attitude and responsibility are essential to act autonomously in store care. Experience in face-to-face consultative selling in physical stores, preferably in sectors such as mattresses, furniture, or sofas. Strong customer orientation with capabilities in active listening and empathy. Agile learning ability to master products and IT tools, including basic Excel. Interest in the market and competitors. Attitude, commitment, and overall responsibility to serve as the store's key person, managing operations autonomously.
