We seek dynamic, highly motivated individuals with HR experience who are committed to helping clients drive large-scale global transformation in areas such as: * HR transformation: Work through strategy articulation, operational excellence, and the HR digital ecosystem (Workday, Oracle HCM, HRSD ServiceNow, etc.) to enhance the employee experience. * Workforce shaping: Analyze what the future workforce will look like and address challenges such as talent sourcing, workforce optimization, talent management, etc. * Workforce insights \& analytics: Drive employee performance through intelligent HR data and reporting. * Learning transformation: Develop holistic learning strategies and upskilling/reskilling programs that foster a positive learning culture. * Employee experience: Help our clients foster an outstanding employee experience in their workplace. * Digital workplace: Focus on new ways of working, virtual collaboration, and technology-supported remote work. * We help our clients enable permanent, sustainable, and thriving virtual work. * Culture \& change management: Work on developing and sustaining change initiatives, providing support throughout the entire change process to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of business value. **What do you need to know?** * Currently enrolled in final years of Business Administration and Management, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Engineering, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Human Resources is valued. * English required: C1 level or higher. * Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is valued.
