Coop.Mad** is a non-profit cooperative dedicated to training, education, and social intervention since 2002\. Our mission is to raise public awareness for the collective construction of a better world, reducing social inequalities and precariousness, and improving living conditions. We work to generate personal and social well-being, enhancing motivation for change, and supporting individuals in their personal development processes, helping them develop their capacities and skills to become happier. Our work is carried out through five lines of action: socio-educational intervention, professional training, emotional intelligence development, socio-labor integration, and community development. Currently, at ACAIS, we are opening a selection process aimed at filling a position of **Psychologist for the psychological therapeutic care program.** The selected candidate will conduct interventions with minors, adults, and families from an integrated approach, combining therapeutic care with social support. Interventions will primarily target minors, including work with their families when necessary, aiming to foster emotional, personal, and family improvement processes—especially in contexts of social vulnerability. Responsibilities The selected candidate will join the project team under the supervision of the Coordination Unit and carry out the following responsibilities: Conducting individual psychotherapeutic interventions with minors and, when necessary, with their families. Accompanying and working with families—particularly women—to promote communication, understanding of the minor’s needs, and strengthening of family capacities. Carrying out interventions from a humanistic, cognitive, or other approaches compatible with the organization’s integrated model of therapeutic care and social support. Coordinating and maintaining professional relations with collaborating entities within the program, representing the organization within the established network. Recording and monitoring interventions using the project’s tools and applications. Autonomously organizing the schedule, case follow-up, and adapting to the program’s and beneficiaries’ needs. **Profile:** **What are we looking for?** **Mandatory** * University degree in Psychology and fulfillment of FEAP (Spanish Federation of Psychotherapist Associations) accreditation criteria. * At least 1 year of experience in therapeutic intervention with minors, adults, and families. * Experience or knowledge in family intervention in situations of social vulnerability. * Strong communication, accompaniment, and family-work skills. * Ability to self-manage, assume responsibility, and flexibly adapt to the program’s needs. **What we offer** * Integration into an organization strongly committed to social causes. * Collaborative work environment with tangible social impact. * Employment conditions aligned with the Collective Agreement and the organization’s values. **Employment Conditions:** * Start Date: October 2026 * Work Location: Madrid. Interventions will be conducted across three different sites: ACAIS, Caritas, and the association Educación, Cultura y Solidaridad, with one afternoon assigned to each entity. * Contract Type: Fixed-term discontinuous contract (from 1 October to 31 July) * Remuneration: As per the salary conditions of the Social Intervention Collective Agreement. Group 1 * Weekly Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16 hours per week, distributed across three afternoons from 16:00 to 20:00.
