Position Summary: Psychologist for the Women's Center, specialized in emotional health, trauma, and psychological processes, providing individual, group, and community-based support. Design and facilitation of therapeutic groups POSITION: Psychologist for the Women's Center of Mondéjar (Guadalajara) PRIMARY ROLE: Specialized support in emotional health, trauma, and psychological processes. INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT **Responsibilities** · Psychological assessment. · Non-clinical therapeutic intervention. · Support for victims of gender-based violence and any woman experiencing gender-related distress. · Trauma processing, anxiety, depression, emotional dependency, etc. GROUP INTERVENTION **Responsibilities** · Design and facilitation of therapeutic groups. COMMUNITY INTERVENTION **Responsibilities** · Psychoeducational awareness-raising. REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree in Psychology. \- Specific training in Gender Equality / Gender-Based Violence (minimum 50 hours). \- Experience working with women victims of gender-based violence. \- Experience in awareness-raising projects and proficiency with digital tools and social media will be valued. \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
